I hurt at my lower stomach when i cough after an open appendectomy.?

Hey all. About one month ago my appendix was ruptured and I undergo an open appendectomy.I was hospitalized for 8 days.Now I don't experience any pain on my stomach but I do experience a little hurt about 5 inches below my belly on. I dont suffer and I don't even hurt but I can feel it. And I only feel it when I cough or sometimes laugh. So, I went to the hospital again 24 days from the surgery and my examinations and x-ray didn't show anything to worry about. So they let me go. But I can feel it, when i cough i dont hurt but i feel it. Should I worry about something?
