Infertility question and health care insurance question in Dallas,Tx?

ok I had an ectopic pregnancy a few years ago and had my right tube removed and never got an hsg test..... right now i dont make enough money I am below poverty line I was wondering if they give free health insurance coverage for that or where I can get tested for free or low cost or something
