If I get denied financing, is there any paperwork i have to sign to release the car from my name?

Hopefully you have a copy of all paper work including warrenty.....you have a good small claims suit but I bet your warrenty on a 5k car don't include both parts and labor.....talk to an attorney and let him read all you signed.....
