I'm looking for a way to get from Minneapolis, MN to Sarasota, FL and have a stop in Luisville, KY, any help?

Louisville is not a big airport so flights do not connect there. Since Minneapolis is a big hub for Delta, you should be able to fly there non-stop. I think making a trip to Louisville will have to be made at a different time unless you can find a flight that connects in Cincinnati. If the flight connects in Cincinnati, then you can leave the airport and rent a car to drive to Louisville.
