1995 f150 blinkers don't flash?

My turn signals went out right before my alternator went bad. Replaced alternator, the turn sig arm clicks once but lights don't blink as usual. Fuses and bulbs are good, and i replaced the flasher with no luck. Does anyone know if theres a turn signal relay (i've heard yeah and neah) and if so where it's located? Also heard there might be another flasher but if so I can't find it and it's not shown in haynes or the manual. thanks
