Does anybody remember this kid's show?

There was a show that used to be on YTV, it aired sometime during the late 90's. I remember it having animal puppets. There was a cat, who was white and had an orange patch around it's eye. There was a dog puppet with floppy ears, and there was a porcupine that lived in this dump type of area. The cat's lived in a house, and you would just see the dog go into a door, but never inside his house. Does anybody remember this show and / or remember the name of it? It's been bugging me for a while.
