How much flirting is too much flirting?

It sounds like he liked the attention from this women because he is missing you, and hasn't been receiving much attention in that way recently. I wouldn't say its a major problem just that's what men do. He knows how you feel about the situation and let him know that you would feel really betrayed if he ever met up with this women without mentioning you. The rest is up to him...
