I need ziamond engagement ring information?

so i just refuse to buy a diamond after watching blood diamond. i was looking at yellow sapphires but was wondering if anyone has had ziamond? i know that they are cubic zirconia and most of the time with cz it has that rainbow shine that shows its a fake.. does ziamond? thanks for the help!!!!
