Is anyone having left 4 dead 2 visual glitchs?

Every time i play lfd2 for a long period of time (over an hour) my flash light becomes a square box of light i cant see out of and chachter models become very odd colors. also some times the walls change colors and it gets really glitched up. what should i do and does anyone se have an issue such as this with their game
