Is there a possibility I could have Chirrosis of the liver?

and if I had it (or the early part of it) how would I know that I am sick? I am 23, a female, I weight 240 pounds and somewhat a party girl, although I do not think I drink enough to mess up my liver enough to get Chirrosis. I used to drink every day and I had a 750 ml bottle of wine (sometimes 2 or 3 in one night) but then when I went to the doctor for lab work they said my liver enzymes were high so I cut down now I only drink about 4 times a week but when I do drink it is one full bottle in a period of one hour examples are a full 750 ml bottle of wine, a 750 ml bottle of mudslide or other tails such as Nuvo (same size) and 1 liter of Alize Rose. What are elevated liver enezymes and when they are high does that mean you have Chirrosis. I honestly think I am at low risk since my grandfather also drinks a lot and he drinks every day and more than I do and has been doing so ever since he was in his early 20's and now in his mid 70's. I read one article about if you drink there are some supplements like Milk Thistle that can reduce damage to the liver will taking these help in any way?
