Steelseries siberia microphone help.?

my steelseries siberia mic is very soft. they claimed that it is very sensitive but i got to speak loud and the mic must be extremely close to my mouth or even touching them. i sent it to the shop and they said its all fine. i've been to all my settings and evrything seems to be fine i guess. can you guys help me out? thanks
