What band did you see first in concert when you were young?

I first saw the McCoys in my hometown.I was in 8th grade at the time. After the show, the drummer threw one of his drumsticks into the crowd and I struggled with my friend for it I was the one who ended up with that little treasure and still have it.:) My next real concert was at Boston Garden when I was 13 (this was a big one) and my dad took me to see The Monkees. It was so loud, not from the music but from all the young girls screaming you coud barely hear the music. My dad was a real trooper, yet that was his first and last rock concert he ever attended.
