Where can you get the mexico vs senegal 2 for 1 deal?

i saw in the newspaper that u can get both mexico soccer game tickets and chicago fire tickets for just 30$. Anyone know where to find that deal? its not through ticketmaster and i cant find it on chicago-fire.com help??
